ERASMUS+ Capacity Building Program – REnForce Project
“Empowering Workforce Potential in the Field of Renewable Energy”

Project Implementation Period: 2025–2027

Project Objective:

  • contribute to the development of the vocational education and training (VET) system of the Republic of Armenia, with special emphasis on the renewable energy sector
  • reduce the skills gap in the labor market and promote new work-based learning opportunities
  • provide the administrative and teaching staff of VET institutions with new knowledge and skills
  • modernize existing educational programs, aligning them with the needs of the sector
  • replenish the material and technical resources of the participating educational institutions
  • establish a resource center
  • create an information platform

FUTURE PROJECTS
1. TASK Getting STEAM

Project Goal:

  • To introduce the "Technasium" method into the VET (Vocational Education and Training) system through innovative and project-based learning (PBL)
  • To develop students' critical thinking, independence, collaboration, and practical skills in line with labor market demands
  • To create a trilingual methodological manual for the Technasium approach (in Armenian, English, and Dutch)
  • To improve the learning environment through the application of innovative technologies and methods

Project Goal:

  • To foster innovative thinking
  • To implement training and assessment mechanisms for digital skills
  • To apply modern management models such as Scrum and Kanban
  • To use European evaluation tools (EQF, EQAVET, Europass, ESCO)
  • To develop mechanisms for the sustainable growth of the VET system
  • To enhance students’ entrepreneurial and digital skills
  • To promote students’ career development through the creation of enterprises
  • To cultivate a culture of sustainability and community engagement
