Regular internal training within the framework of the Erasmus+ "RENFORCE" international program, day 3

Within the framework of the RENFORCE project, an internal training session entitled “Renewable Energy – Green Technologies” was conducted.

During the training, lecturers Artashes Grigoryan and Kamo Grigoryan presented the experience gained during their visit to Latvia, placing particular emphasis on renewable energy sources.

A key component of the training was the analysis of labour market demand and qualification pathways in Armenia. The in-demand occupations in the sector were presented, along with opportunities for vocational education and training, as well as mechanisms supporting a smooth transition from education to the labour market. Reference was also made to job shifts driven by the energy transition and digitalization, which imply the development of new skills and the need for lifelong learning.

The seminar was conducted in an interactive format, fostering active discussions, professional questions, and practical proposals.

The European experience in the application of solar, wind, biomass, and alternative energy sources was examined, along with emerging technological solutions and their integration into vocational education programs.

Participants had the opportunity to align international experience with the local context and to define directions for further action. The training contributed to knowledge transfer, strengthened teamwork, and the continuous modernization of educational programmes.
