Regular internal training within the framework of the Erasmus+ "RENFORCE" international program, day 2

Within the framework of the Erasmus+ RENFORCE project, an internal training session was conducted at Gyumri State Vocational School No. 4.

Teaching and administrative staff who had participated in the international mobility visit organized in Riga shared the knowledge and experience they had gained with their colleagues.

The seminar-training was delivered by Kima Gharagyozyan and Ani Petoyan.

The following topics were discussed:

• Career development and career planning

• Work-Based Learning

The aim of the seminar was to present current challenges in the VET sector to the teaching and administrative staff, as well as to highlight the importance of localizing European experience in improving the quality of education.

Through discussions, the trainers presented a comparative overview of European and local practices, emphasizing the importance of the systematic and effective organization of Work-Based Learning.

The event was held in an active and participatory atmosphere, featuring:

• exchange of experience,

• and effective collaboration.
