18.12.25 Internal Training within Erasmus+ “RENFORCE” Project

Teaching and administrative staff members who participated in the international mobility visit to Riga delivered an internal training session, sharing their knowledge and experience.

Topics included:

Diversity as a Driver of Collaboration and Growth in VET Practice,

Nudge Management in VET Practice,

Funding attraction strategies and EU grant opportunities.

Director Knarik Aharonyan emphasized the importance of localizing European experience and applying newly acquired knowledge to improve education quality.

The training was interactive, with active discussions, experience sharing, and practical tasks that deepened understanding and enhanced professional development.
