The aim of the lesson was to demonstrate that geometry is not only a theoretical science, but also has practical applications in various professions.
During the lesson, students presented the application of geometry in:
Hairdressing – precise shapes and symmetry
Leatherworking – pattern construction and precise design approaches
Jewelry making – meticulous measurements and ensuring aesthetic quality
Culinary arts – proportionality and accuracy of forms
Solar panel installation – increasing the efficiency of photovoltaic power systems through precise calculations
The students demonstrated slides and solved simple calculation tasks, which encouraged their active participation and deepened their understanding of the topic.
The lesson stood out for its interdisciplinary approach, emphasizing that geometry is an invisible yet fundamental force that ensures accuracy, beauty, proportionality, and efficient work.
