How to ask effective questions when guiding students through project-based work
The role of the teacher as a coach who not only imparts knowledge but also encourages students’ independent development
Strategies for fostering curiosity and active thinking through guided questioning
The importance of well-formulated questions that help students find answers independently, without direct intervention from the coach
After theoretical discussions, participants engaged in practical exercises applying coaching techniques in various scenarios
In the second part of the seminar:
Intervision was introduced as an effective tool for learning from each other and from personal experience
In small groups (4–6 participants), teachers discussed complex cases and dilemmas from their daily work
Each participant shared their experience, while others provided clarifications and suggested solutions
It was emphasized that intervision fosters mutual trust, teamwork, and a culture of professional support
