An open lesson on the topic “Armenian Traditional Cuisine and Its Dishes” was held in the first year of the “Cooking: Chef” specialty, during which students got acquainted with the rich heritage of Armenian culinary culture.
During the lesson, the history of the national cuisine, the features of traditional dishes and their cultural significance were presented.
The students presented traditional Armenian bread products, hot dishes, several desserts, and also prepared panrkhash, which they treated the attendees to at the end of the lesson.
The goal of the open lesson was not only to transfer professional skills to the students, but also to develop their interest in Armenian culinary traditions.
The event was held in a warm and educational atmosphere, receiving positive feedback from lecturers and guests.
