Qualification:1041.02.04.4 Electrician – software diagnostics and maintenance of cars.

The educational program has been implemented on an experimental basis in accordance with the order 1423-A/2 of the Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sport of the Republic of Armenia dated 07.08.2024.

The educational program will provide an opportunity to acquire up-to-date vocational knowledge and develop technical skills becoming a sought-after specialists in the car maintenance service industry.

Teaching method: full-time

The duration of  the study:

• based on secondary education, 1 year duration
• based on basic education, 3 years duration

Occupations of a specialist:

• technical maintenance of cars
• auto electrician

The professional responsibilities of a specialist are:

• Workplace preparation
• Study of the technical specifications and general structure of the vehicle to be repaired
• Diagnosing automotive electrical malfunctions and determining repair sequence
• Repair of automotive electrical circuits
• Commissioning and adjusting of replaced electronic components
• Ensuring safe operation of the vehicle
