Since March 2024, the “From Idea to Business” social enterprise has been operating at Gyumri State Crafts School No. 4. It was established within the framework of the “ARAMAZD: Development of Social Economy and Employment” program, funded by Secours Catholique Caritas France and Caritas Spain, and implemented by the Armenian Caritas Benevolent NGO. The enterprise was created as a result of participation in the “Social Economy” development grant program announced by Armenian Caritas and the awarded grant No. 457/SEED/22/09/VET-03.

The beneficiaries of the program include:

• 2 forcibly displaced persons from Artsakh,
• 3 students and graduates,
• 1 person with disabilities,
• 1 unemployed individual.

During the preparatory phase of the social enterprise, beneficiaries received training in embroidery, artistic wood carving, and jewelry making. They also developed skills in professional and entrepreneurial activities, sketching, and design, while regularly receiving consultations from specialists. A total of 20 individuals were recruited and trained in 3D modeling, of whom those demonstrating the best results were selected to be involved in the enterprise.

The “From Idea to Business” social enterprise is guided by the following core principles:
