Professional Activities

September 2022 – January 2023 - Coordinated the short-term program in the specialty of "Jewelry," which was implemented under the paid services agreement between Gyumri Vocational School No. 4 and the "Im Kayle" Charitable Foundation.

July 2022 - Developed the training manual "Skills for Repair and Maintenance of Household Appliances with Electronic Control" commissioned by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Armenia.

July 2020 - Conducted a training on "Approaches for the Implementation of the Work-Based Learning Model in Vocational Education" for teachers and employers of vocational educational institutions in Stepanavan and Goris within the framework of the German "Promoting Cooperation for Effective Work-Based Learning Opportunities in the Vocational Education Sector" program.

June 2020 - Conducted a three-day retraining course on the "Entrepreneurship" module for educators from Shirak region's vocational institutions, organized by the VET Center of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Armenia.

Since August 2012 - Working as the Deputy Director for Educational and Methodological Activities at the Gyumri Vocational School No. 4.

March 2012 - Conducted a professional development training course for physics teachers to be certified by the "Education Without Borders" NGO.

October 2011 - Conducted a training on "Trafficking/Human Exploitation" for teachers of Shirak region, organized by IOM, "Education Without Borders" NGO, and the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation.

April 2011 - Conducted a training for applicants seeking leadership qualifications for general education institutions, organized by the "Education Without Borders" NGO.

April-May 2009 - Retrained history/social science teachers from Shirak region on "New Assessment Methods" within the framework of the "Quality and Compliance in Education" program, implemented by the Ministry of Education and Science of Armenia and the Center for Educational Programs.

March-May 2008 - Retrained teachers of social sciences in Shirak region on "Youth Navigation in Armenia" within the framework of the "Youth Achievements" NGO and the National Institute of Education of Armenia.

March-May 2008 - Conducted a training course on "Me and My Environment" at School No. 10, funded by the U.S. Department of State’s Bureau for International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs, in collaboration with "Project Harmony."

July-August 2007 - Retrained history/social science teachers in Shirak region on "New Teaching Methods," organized by the Ministry of Education and Science of Armenia and the Center for Educational Programs with financing from the World Bank.

March-May 2007 - Retrained teachers of social sciences in Shirak region on the "Economics" section of the Social Science curriculum, organized by the "Youth Achievements" NGO and the National Institute of Education of Armenia.

2004-2012 - Collaborated with the "Youth Achievements" NGO to organize and lead the debate club at Gyumri School No. 10.

2004-2006 - Conducted a training course on "Trafficking – Human Sale" at the senior classes of Gyumri School No. 10, organized by the Armenian Caritas NGO.
