Course at the Career Guidance Center of Vocational State School No. 4 in Gyumri

The Career Guidance Center of Vocational State School No. 4 of Gyumri invites you to participate in a course entitled "Formation of personal motivation towards work".
The topics of the course are:

• The nature of motivation
• Maslow and the hierarchy of human needs
• Herzberg and the two-factor theory

The general goal of the course is:
Contribute to the formation of positive motivation towards effective work and communication of scientific knowledge about the nature of student motivation, theories, career path.

Participants can participate in the course:

•  All students of the school
•  The educational community
•  Parents of students
• School graduates

The courses will take place on Saturday, April 22, at 2:00 p.m.
The course will be conducted by Naira Grigoryan, the founding director of Station Tour and Station Guest House.
