During the training, participants explored the concept and importance of the Technasium method, the evolving role of the teacher, and the value of teamwork. Special emphasis was placed on implementing feedback mechanisms in the learning process, which fosters skill development and enhances learning effectiveness among students. 
A collaboration with the " Alvan Tsaghik " Foundation is also planned within the Erasmus+ project framework.
