"Professional Development" seminar-training

19 students, accompanied by Levon Igityan, Head of the Career Guidance Center of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Armenia, participated in a seminar-training entitled "Professional Development" organized by Gyumri Technology Center on 
February 20, 2012.
The topics of the training were:
• How to choose a profession?
• What do you expect from the profession?
• The Herder's theorem
• Encouragement and Motivation Forms
• How to build a career?
• Common skills:
The seminar-training was conducted by Arsen Simonyan, a lecturer from the American University of Armenia, who heads the Save the Children and Oxygen Foundation Programs, an experienced specialist in the field, who gave exhaustive answers to questions from students.
At the end of the training, the participants completed the tests by revealing the strengths and weaknesses of their professional skills.
