Visit to Gyumri's "EMILY AREGAK" Center

On November 20, 19 students of the one year course of "Culinary Art, Cook" at Gyumri Craftsmen State School N4  visited Gyumri's "EMILY AREGAK" center. The goal was:
•    to familiarize yourself with the working style of the establishment's kitchen, kitchen furnishing, new kitchen equipment and accessories,
•    to cooperate with the organization.
The Center's Program Officer M. Atayan presented to students the history of the center, its working style.
 The cook was presented to the students by the working style of the center's kitchen, the proper furnishing of the kitchen, kitchen / production / modern equipment and accessories, as well as the principles of their work. The students got acquainted with the order of receiving and handling the order, the requirements for the maintenance of kitchen hygiene. They were impressed with the visit and expressed their views and opinions about the visit.
