For the sake of Faith… For the sake of Homland…

Gyumri Craftsman State  School N4, within the framework of events dedicated to St. Vardan Day on February 23 with school’s 30 students held an event dedicated to the Holy Martyrs of Vardanantsin Gyumri Vardanants Square.
The aim of events was to evaluate the behest of holy martyrs of Vardanants, promote patriotic education, to value the lessons of history, to assess the importance of preserving the faith.
Students referred the heroic deed of Commander and his comrades-in-arms, highlighting their role in the preservation of sacred faith and the homeland. They performed patriotic songs, which were commemorating the spirits of attendees.  
The “Descendants of  Brave Dynasty” vowed in front of the sculpture Vardananck to be a worthy successor  to St. Vardanants men and to the all Armenian Brave men, to live for the sake of homeland, faith and for our holy mothers.
Students also participated in Holy Liturgy in Gyumri’s “Yot Verck” Church. Then they distributed information cards dedicated to the meaning of Vardanatants festival, which were prepared by the students of professional courses “Computer operating-computer operator”.
Students returned to school with strengthened faith, full of wisdom and prudence…
