"GENDER EQUALITY/INEQUALITY"

On November 24, 2023, within the framework of the program "Full and effective participation and expansion of equal opportunities for women and men", an event dedicated to civic education and a healthy lifestyle, a discussion report on the topic "gender equality/inequality" was held, organized by teachers of the subject "Fundamentals of Political Science and Sociology" S. Avetisyan and K. Grigoryan. The aim was to present the role and importance of gender equality, the negative impact of deepening gender discrimination on society, the impact of gender stereotypes on the entire human life process and the socially conscious activity of citizens due to gender stereotypes. The event was attended by 25 students who shared their special understanding, views and opinions on the topic, various considerations, as well as overcome stereotypes.
