AN EVENT DEDICATED TO THE FIGHT AGAINST DRUG ADDICTION AND DRUG TRAFFICKING

On November 27, 2023, as part of the Healthy Lifestyle course, a discussion report on "Drug addiction as an evil of society" was held in the computer classroom with the participation of 40 first and second year students. The report was dedicated to the fight against drug addiction and drug trafficking in order to inform teenagers about the,
evil of "drug addiction" and prevent drug trafficking. The purpose of the organized event was to form a negative attitude towards bad habits, to emphasize the importance of maintaining health, appreciate the importance of awareness, adhere to the principles of a healthy lifestyle.
The speakers are nurse R. Karapetyan and physical education teacher S. Mkrtchyan made a rather interesting report, and the didactic materials made the active discussions on the topics "the main types of drugs, their effect on the body", "causes of drug use", "vulnerable groups of society" more impressive and convincing. The logical continuation of the latter were the final speeches of students and the presentation of points of view, opinions about drugs, the negative impact of drugs on health, social, psychological, legal and financial aspects.
Raising an exciting topic and purposeful discussions had a positive impact on students, as teenagers came to the conclusion that "becoming a full member of society, appreciating life, living without drugs and bad habits " should become a guideline in life.
