On November 17, 2023, the Shirak Regional State College hosted another tournament on the intellectual Cup of the Shirak Regional State College for the game "What, where, when", which was attended by seven student teams from six educational institutions of the educational sector of the Shirak region.

The students of Gyumri Craftsman state School No. 4, having taken the second place of honor, returned to the center of education with victory.
