The Open Lesson Russian Language and English Disciplines "7 Wonders of the World"

On May 18 an open lesson in the Russian language and English subjects on "The Wonders of the World" was held in Gyumri Craftsmen State School N4. The aim of the lesson was to get cognitive knowledge about the seven wonders of the ancient world, to present them as cultural values of global importance, to develop students' oral speech and enrich the vocabulary.
The students of I and II courses participated in the lesson.
They presented the seven wonders of the ancient world in Russian and English, with the help of the slide, talking about the period and features of their creation. Throughout the lesson, students celebrated wonders of exciting stories, creating interdisciplinary relationships with geography and literature.
The students were instructed to gather information about modern "wonders", which was presented in the video.
They also touched upon historical and cultural monuments in the territory of the Republic of Armenia built in the ancient times (Garni, Karahunj, Zvartnots, Geghard ...) and are still standing today.
At the end of the lesson, the students expressed their opinions and concluded: should not only recognize the monuments of national and world cultural value, preserve them, transmit to future generations;
